Exterior home revitalization services for qualified homeowners in need
Our Brush with Kindness Program helps lower-income homeowners who are affected by disability, age, or other factors that cause them to struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes. Habitat for Humanity Cape May (HFHCM) works to eliminate barriers to housing maintenance by focusing on exterior revitalization and repairs.Â

Qualifications
- The applicant is the homeownerÂ
- The home is in Cape May CountyÂ
- The applicant is currently residing in the home
- All household members pass a background check, including the sex offender registry.
- I understand that HFHCM offers the following services (and others) at their discretion:Â
- Yard clean-up (cleaning brush, overgrowth, trash removal)
- Washing exterior siding, windows (1st floor only)Â
- Small exterior painting projects (1st floor only)Â
- Gutter cleaning/minor repair (1st floor only)Â
- Pulling weeds, mulching, and landscaping
- Minor repairs to exterior decking, fences, sheds, and entryways
